Radio Central is a free mobile application that allows users to:

• Search and listen to podcast episodes via the Apple iTunes Search API
• Browse and filter stations by genre, country, and language
• Save favourite stations and podcasts locally on their device

3. User Eligibility

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Radio Central only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it
• Use the App to transmit malware, spyware, or any other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks associated with the App

Radio Central aggregates content from third-party providers, including radio stations and podcast producers. This content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. We do not own or control this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names of radio stations and podcasts belong to their respective owners. Their use in the App does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, code, and branding in Radio Central — including the app name, logo, and user interface — are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without our express written permission.

7. Availability and Service Changes

We strive to keep Radio Central available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice
• Remove or restrict access to any station or podcast content at our discretion
• Update the App and these Terms without prior notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Radio Central is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of any third-party radio stream or podcast content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Central and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
